Call us or schedule a call and so we can find out more about your intended travel plans along with any details and preferences. We will also discuss the expectations you have for your trip and the services we provide. Note: At this time we do not provide medical transport services.

Booking A Courtesy Agent (Meet & Greet Services Only)
Courtesy Agents accompany travelers within the airport. Courtesy agents can be scheduled by calling us and letting us know the details of your departing or arriving flight. Once the appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your booking and information about where and when our courtesy agent will meet you on the day of your flight. We also keep track of the flights so we know your flight arrives early or departs a little late. Your appointment will adjust with your flight times. 

​Getting Started 
Once we confirm all the details of your trip, Air Care Travelers will take on the  task of booking all the flights and special reservations. Even if you need ground transportation to and from the airport, hotel accommodations or specific services from the airline, we can handle that too!  You'll also get to meet your travel companion prior to your travel day. 

Travel Days

On-boarding
Prior to travel, you'll receive a full itinerary that you can share with your family and checklists to help with packing. On the day of your flight, we accompany you from the pickup location all the way to your desired destination. We assist with luggage, presenting documentation, stopping for snacks and coffee on the concourse, and making sure you're comfortably seated on the plane. If there are any flight changes or cancellations, we take care of the details so you can complete your itinerary. 

Communication
We understand how important communication is when loved ones are en route and communication is limited - especially for minors and senior citizens.  We make time to give updates to friends or family members throughout the progress of the trip and notify them of any delays or changes. 

Your Destination
Our time with you isn't complete until we've ensured you reach your pre-determined destination. It is our pleasure to help make sure your trip runs as smooth and efficiently as possible. We take great pride in providing excellent care with our travelers so, for us,  the end of the trip is just as important as the beginning. 

General Guidelines

Safety 
For the safety of all those involved, we make sure that we have proper documentation and permissions for all those with whom we travel and follow the safety requirements outlined by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The safety of the travelers and companions are a priority and have been trained on how to be aware of our surroundings at all times.  

Medical Attention
We are not a medical transport service.  If there are cases in which it is not recommended that you fly, it is important that you disclose that information with us so we may refer you to a company that provides the proper services.
